Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience riding an electric bike?
No. Our electric bikes are beginner-friendly and easy to ride. We’ll provide a quick orientation before you set off.
How far can I ride on one battery charge?
Under normal riding conditions, the battery can travel up to 70 km. Wind, terrain, and frequent use of higher power levels may reduce the range.
How can I extend the battery life?
For the best range, we recommend using Power Level 1 or 2 whenever possible. Higher power levels consume the battery more quickly.
Can I ride without battery power?
Yes. If the battery runs low, you can continue riding by pedaling like a regular bicycle.
Do you provide spare batteries?
Extra batteries are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Can I ride on the beach?
Yes, our bikes are suitable for many beach and off-road areas. However, always ride carefully and follow local safety guidelines.
What should I do if I get a flat tyre or need assistance?
Contact our team immediately. We’ll provide assistance as quickly as possible.
Is a helmet included?
Yes. Every rental includes a safety helmet for your protection.
How do I keep the bike secure?
Whenever you stop, lock the bike and keep the battery key with you at all times.
Can I book online?
Yes! You can easily reserve your electric bike or guided tour through our online booking system before your arrival.
What should I bring?

- Comfortable clothing
- Closed-toe shoes
